Executive and leadership coaching

You need

Answers to the concerns of the many stakeholders who knock on your door every day.

As a leader of an NPO, you are looking for a counterpart who is not part of your organization, but knows associations as well as association leadership and can put himself in their shoes.

You are looking for someone with whom you can mirror yourself. You want to develop thoughts and ideas or hear a critical voice without being responsible for it.

What is behind this?

Most managers lack an exchange about their business. Especially in times of change, however, the development of ideas is central. Dialogue is an excellent way to develop them. A coach brings a second view and accelerates your ideas. In this way, the manager moves forward and so does the organization as a whole.

You don’t need expertise in your core business (consulting), but knowledge of how an association func-tions. Most associations are federally (cantonally) organized and know additional segmentation of their members or clients. Sensitivities are needed for this complexity.

Our values

„Change processes and crises allow us to grow quickly. They broaden our horizons and advance our per-sonality, our work and our organization. Sharing our thoughts about them helps and accelerates them.“

We deliver

An open ear. Someone who thinks along with us and critically questions ideas and positions. Someone who has made the same experiences. Someone who understands NGOs, even with federal and segmented structures. Someone who understands the decision making within the association and its stumbling blocks.

Martin Bienlein has empathyfor leaders and understands your everyday life and crises. With distance and calmness, he helps leaders align themselves with strategy and goals so that leading is successful and a pleasure.

Martin Bienlein was a leader and member of the executive board for 13 years. For more than 25 years he has been active associations and interest groups, in NPOs and NGOs. And this in various positions: as president, as board member and delegate of the board of governors in a corporation, as member of the executive board, as employee and as consultant. During change processes, in the development and consolidation of organizations, in well-functioning organizations as well as in crises.
